I am a full service designer that specializes in creating custom residential interiors ranging from one room to your entire house. While I am not required by law to have a license for residential design in the state of Florida, I do have an accredited bachelors degree in my field. However, I do have relations with licensed professionals who will verify my work, if required. When building a new home it is best to get a designer involved with the project before construction starts. Whether designing a single space or an entire house, I understand the life investment and significant sentimentality of a home. So, I provide services designed to honor your achievements, and help navigate the many challenges of building a new home or being a homeowner in general.
How I Do It

Color
Selecting the right colors is a challenge to most. It is an art in it self understanding how colors effect spaces and the people in them. Color being the foundation of any design, I will work with you to establish the perfect palette. Carefully contemplating tint, and shade we will get your design started in the right direction!
Selection
Furniture
The right furniture is not only stylish but also functional to fit the lifestyle of the end user. My access to furniture manufactures gives you a plethora of options, and industry discounts may even be available. If the right piece is not available, I will design it. I will work with local fabricators, using nearly any material to create the perfect fit.
Treatment
Window
From fabric curtains to wooden blinds, from sheer to black-out, continuous loop vs cordless vs motorized; windows can be treated endless ways but it can feel impossible to even know where to start. Based on your needs, I will help you understand and select which treatment option is best for your space.
Selection
Fabric
Texture and scale gives life to any space, and the right fabric ties the whole design together. Being in the industry, I have access to gobs of fabric resources including commercial suppliers. Which comes in handy when resilience and protection from things like pets or children is important.

Wall & Flooring
With so many options to cover our walls and floors, sometimes we may just want to bang our heads on the wall! I will assist in narrowing down your selections and making sure the proper material is used for the particular application and setting.

The flow and arrangement of a space is crucial to efficient working or living. I will come to your space or study floor plans to determine the best furniture layout and provide a functioning area that works to your best advantage.

Between water / electrical safety, and custom features like heated floors and cabinets, some spaces just require a little extra attention. I will work with architects & contractors to provide you with a safe space that is as unique as you!
